Vegan Banana Bread

 

Ingredients
225g plain flour 
3 large bananas
100g brown sugar
3 tsp baking powder
3 tsp cinnamon or mixed spice
0.8 dl sunflower or vegetable or oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 ˚C
Peel and mash the bananas with a fork
Mix the mashed banana well with the oil and sugar
Add the flour, baking powder and cinnamon, and combine well.
Bake in a greased  loaf tin for 20 minutes
Now cover the bake with foil
Bake for another 40 minutes 
Take out of the oven and let it cool before slicing
 
#TIP: Add 50 g of dried fruits or nuts to the mix for a great texture
#TIP: Let the cake stay overnight to make it even more yummy!
